Hill 151 was an observation post located on a hilltop 1 1/2 miles from the North End of Phu Cat's Runway.  No path or roadway to the top of the hill. At some point it was covered with landmines and concertina wire entanglements. Personnel were airlifted by choppers from the base and an Army chopper unit located south of the base .
